2027 GCICA NATIONAL CONVENTION

2027 MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION
For Full Access or Limited Access registration, sign in and renew your GCICA membership for 2027 through your member profile before registering. Complete the membership renewal payment, then return here to register for the convention. If your 2027 dues are already paid, proceed directly to convention registration. Family Membership covers the household; renew it once. Membership dues are paid separately for Full Access and Limited Access registration. If Renew is unavailable, contact GCICA for help before registering. Anyone covered by an active 2027 GCICA membership, including household members covered by a Family Membership, may attend the final hour of the swap meet, beginning at 10:30 AM, at no additional charge. Anyone already covered by an active 2027 membership does not need to purchase the $30 Swap Meet Only option or pay membership dues again. Nonmembers may choose the $30 Swap Meet Only option to pay their 2027 GCICA membership dues and receive the same final-hour access.
REGISTRATION
Choose Full Access Registration - Regular or Dealer. Each adult starts at $185 and selects Regular Full Access ($185 total) or Dealer Full Access ($220 total). Dealer adds $35. Dealer Hour begins at 8:30 AM; Regular/Limited at 9:30 AM; Swap Meet Only at 10:30 AM. Tables are $15 each. Buying and selling begin at 9:30 AM. Limited Access is $100. The final hour of the swap meet, beginning at 10:30 AM, is open at no additional charge to anyone covered by an active 2027 GCICA membership, including household members covered by a Family Membership. The $30 Swap Meet Only option is for nonmembers joining GCICA for 2027; anyone already covered by an active 2027 membership should not purchase it. Final-hour access does not include other convention activities.
HOUSEHOLD REGISTRATION
Choose Regular or Dealer for yourself. Use Add guest for each spouse/additional adult and choose Regular or Dealer on that adult's form too. Reserve tables once per household. An active 2027 Family Membership includes final-hour swap meet access beginning at 10:30 AM for all household members covered by that membership, at no additional charge. Family Membership does not include Full Access or Limited Access convention admission. Children under 18 attend free with a registered parent/guardian. List each child's name, age and meal choice once on the primary form. Optional meals cost $100 per child; enter the number of packages once. Do not add children as paid adult guests.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Convention registration cancellations and child meal package cancellations or reductions must be requested at least 20 days before the event begins: March 19, 2027, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Cash, check, or payments that cannot be refunded through the processor will be refunded manually. Contact GCICA for child meal changes and refund processing. Canceling a registration online does not automatically issue a refund.
